Capstone Behavioral Healthcare’s services are paid through client fees, insurance payments, grants and other funding from local, state and federal governments and agencies.  Capstone has a sliding fee scale based on county eligibility guidelines, managed care and/or insurance requirements.  As a courtesy to our clients, we file claims with insurance carriers including Medicaid, Medicare and other third-party payors.
