Individuals appropriate for referral must:
- Be
at least 18 years of age.
- Have a diagnosis
of mental illness Axis I and/or Axis II.
- Medicaid
Rehabilitation Option (ARO), State or County
funding source to cover
service costs.
- Medicaid or County funded case manager or
County social worker.
- Demonstrate
a willingness to participate in the program.
